Monique has worked as a licensed therapist and life coach for over 25 years. She holds a Masters degree in Social Work from Howard University. She has a heart for helping people reach their full potential by helping them gain the tools needed to be successful in all aspects of their lives. She works with people who are going through life transitions and may feel that they have lost themselves in the process.
